Application of Toilet Compartment Usage Monitoring

Before the implementation of the project

Tenants frequently complained to the property management company about the difficulty in finding available toilet compartments during restroom use.  

They were unable to determine which floor had available compartments when all compartments on the current floor were occupied.

After the implementation of the project

Tenants no longer report issues regarding the availability of toilet compartments to the property management company.  

They can now check the real-time status of toilet compartments on their current floor through the "Building Leader APP."  

Millimeter-wave radar sensors not only fulfill the precise monitoring requirements of property management companies but also ensure user privacy and data security.
